Write check or money order in US funds for the amount that you recorded in the previous step - payable to: Alphatect, Inc.

Orders paid by wire transfer are shipped once the funds become available in our bank account. This typically takes one or two business days. A $12 wire transfer fee will be added to your order total. This is a standard fee charged by our bank for executing the transaction.
Order online as outlined above. When prompted, select Wire Transfer as your payment method. Although providing us with an email address is optional, we suggest doing so in order to receive your Wire Transfer Instructions by email.
When finished with the online checkout process, you will be provided with your Order Number, order details, and Wire Transfer Instructions. Please record your Order Number and the Wire Transfer Instructions - or print or save the page. Please check your order details for errors or omissions. To make changes, contact our Sales Department. Execute the wire transfer per the Wire Transfer Instructions.
